With its warm climate, miles of sandy beaches and relaxed atmosphere, Spain is an natural choice for the Naturist. Most beaches along the coast of Spain regard, at least topless sunbathing, as Normal and accepted. Naturist beaches,hotels and resorts are all over Spain and get very busy each summer, with a wide collection of English, German, Dutch and of course Spanish. The great thing in this country, for the naturist, is that the clothes can stay off for at least 8 months of the year, at least in the South of Spain. Also the Spanish have a very good attitude to nude sunbathing, you can "go topless" at almost any beach in summer and now almost every major resort has a selected nudist, or clothing optional area. |

Use a factor 30 sunscreen, or above, even if you have tanned skin and apply regularly. Don't say we never told you!
